キャンセルについて/ABOUT CANCELLATION

- 5日前まで料金合計の0%
- 3日前料金合計の20%
- 1日前料金合計の50%
- 当日・不泊、もしくはご連絡がない場合料金合計の100%
- ・やむを得ないご事情でご予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点で早めにご連絡ください。
- ・ご連絡がなく、予定時間の30分を超えても入館されない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただきます。

施設について/ABOUT THE FACILITY
- 館内は禁煙です。Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
- ペットはお断りしています。Pets are not allowed.
- 近隣にスーパーマーケットやコンビニエンスストアがないため、買出しをしてから施設へお越しください。There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so please make your purchases before coming to the facility.
- 施設は無人となります。ご要望がございましたら予約成立時にご案内させて頂く電話又はメッセージまでご連絡ください。The facility will be unmanned. If you have any requests, please contact us via the phone or message provided when making your reservation.
